This is a short post on what is going on.
I have been given a warning at my current job. As a result, I am quite concerned. They are planning to put me on a PIP.
It was mostly because I am not performing at a genius level who can deliver a world-class product. It sucks that I am not a genius.
Since I am your average, run-of-the-mill developer, I am easily replaceable and I provide no benefit to the company, probably to any company, to be precise.
This current job has really put my self-esteem and confidence to zero.
Whatever they are doing is working, and I seriously suck at everything now.
Therefore, I want to know what is trending.
