Adding features to my iOS game
The Update I Didn't Expect to Write
When I first launched GeometryRonin, I honestly had zero expectations. I released it into the void, assuming it might go unnoticed.
To my surprise, people actually started downloading it! Seeing players engage with the game gave me a massive burst of motivation. I couldn't just leave it there—I wanted to make the experience better.
So, I got back to work. Here is what’s new in the latest update.
3 New Cards

I wanted to add more strategic depth to the gameplay, giving you more ways to survive:
- ** Time Card:** Bend time to your will. This slows down enemies, giving you a crucial moment to react.
- ** Momentum Card:** This reduces your drag coefficient, allowing the Samurai to fly through the air with much less resistance.
- ** Armor Card:** Mistakes happen. Now you can equip armor to resist damage and keep your run alive.
New Challengers
It wouldn't be an update without new threats.
- 2 New Enemies: I’ve introduced two new enemy types to mix up the patterns and keep you on your toes.
What's Next?
There are still so many things I want to do and ideas I want to implement, but I’ll save those for the follow-up.
If you haven't played it yet, give it a try on iOS: Download GeometryRonin
